Roles And Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for various processes and systems within the company.

- Conduct feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses for proposed automation projects.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure automation systems meet technical specifications and performance requirements.
- Integrate automation solutions with existing IT systems, including ERP, MES, and SCADA systems.
- Troubleshoot automation issues and implement timely resolutions to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- Provide training and technical support to operations teams on the use and maintenance of automation systems.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in automation technologies and recommend enhancements or upgrades as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to automation and control systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an Automation Engineer or similar role in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, HMI development, and industrial control systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
- Experience with SCADA systems, MES solutions, and industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Profibus).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or Java for automation scripting and integration.
- Familiarity with robotics, vision systems, and motion control technologies is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and software (e.g., Rockwell Automation, Wonderware).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
