Seeking a dedicated and experienced Bank Teller to join their team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a bank teller or in cash handling roles such as retail or customer service. As a Bank Teller, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring the security of financial transactions.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with their banking needs in a friendly and professional manner.
Process deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash, checks, and other financial instruments with a high level of accuracy.
Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily.
Provide information and assistance regarding bank products and services.
Identify and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
Assist in opening and closing the branch as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience as a bank teller or in cash handling roles (retail, customer service) preferred.
Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency with computers and banking software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
