Position Description

An exceptional law firm is seeking a Billing Analyst to join the New York office. This fast-paced role will involve processing client invoices in a timely and accurate manner, generating reports, and communicating with attorneys regarding their client billing needs. The Billing Analyst will be responsible for addressing inquiries from clients, identifying ways to streamline billing processes, and monitoring unbilled accounts or outstanding balances. This person will also be tasked with supporting collections activities, enhancing the firm’s data maintenance, and supporting new client onboarding.

Required Skills

This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and at least five years of legal billing experience. The qualified applicant will demonstrate excellent communication, time management, and analytical thinking skills, as well as a proactive work ethic. This person should also be proficient in pricing and data analysis and have a detail-oriented approach.

Annual Salary (US$): 110,000-140,000 /annual
