We are looking for experienced BA candidates: 5 to 8 Yrs Exp

The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.

Job Duties:

• Supports the organization’s key business processes and applications and recommends business process redesign where applicable.
• Gathers and documents business requirements for small to medium sized projects. Translates requirements into business, functional and use case documents for large, complex projects. Provides functional expertise to developers during the design and construction phases of projects.
• Prepares and delivers informative, well-organized presentations and project status reviews to stakeholders including process owners, customers and stakeholders. Coordinates and oversees clarifications for requirements to ensure a streamlined development pipeline.
• Analyzes and resolves production problems. Identifies and resolves data integrity issues. Develops and executes comprehensive system test plans, conditions, test scripts, and test cases.
• Maintains business systems standards by applying business analysis methodologies, tools, and processes as standard practice.
• Leads initiatives to develop solutions and processes to meet needs; identifies unique innovative approaches and other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Abilities:

• Working knowledge of methodologies and techniques for systems analysis and design, business process modeling, requirements gathering, quality assurance, and software development.
• Agile or Scrum Methodologies
• Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Proficiency with Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) is preferred.
• Ability to balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks.
• Ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly.
• Ability to build strong relationships inside and outside the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in teams and across organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively translate user requirements into business, functional and test scenarios for projects of various sizes and complexity.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and write technical documentation.

• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient analytical skills to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, consolidate details and extract to functional requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
