They are seeking a Business Development Director-Tech Vertical possessing outstanding technology sales experience, honed customer service skills, and a passion for providing innovative business solutions. The right candidate is someone who can both “farm” and “hunt” - who is passionate about growing existing accounts while identifying roadblocks and obstacles to increasing business with new logos in the tech sector.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

The Business Development Director should possess outstanding sales experience, honed customer service skills and a passion for providing innovative business solutions in a variety of settings.

Manage and grow relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all solutions within assigned technology specific accounts.

Hunt new relationships, identify market opportunities and bring them to close.

Generate demand by assisting clients to identify current needs, and then effectively articulate how the Company can add value through our services and solutions.

Meet or exceed annual sales quota.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

BA/BS Degree from a four-year college or university.

Proven connections within technology companies that can be leveraged for new sales relationships

10 years of professional experience in account management / client services with a proven track record of expanding client relationships.

Ability to identify and advance new revenue streams for assigned technology focused client portfolio

Experience negotiating multi-year contracts valued up to 10 M$ annually.
