Business Office Manager

Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a Long Island based ASC that is experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a full time Business Office Manager opportunity near Hauppauge, NY.

As the Business Office Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the administrative and financial operations of our ASC. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning of the business office, including billing, coding, insurance claims, accounts receivable, and patient financial services. You will collaborate closely with our clinical staff, executive team, and external stakeholders to optimize revenue cycle management, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, preferably in an ambulatory surgical center.
• Knowledge of medical billing and coding, insurance verification, and collections practices.
• Front desk experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and able to analyze and interpret data to identify areas of improvement.
