The Business Operations Manager's goal is to optimize the non-operational duties of the company enabling the operators to focus on strategic imperatives.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between senior management, ensuring interdepartmental projects are effectively executed
Direct or coordinate financial or budget activities to fund HQ operations and increase efficiency
Evaluate the company’s insurable risks and prepare/present proposals for the company’s insurance lines
Serve as the CEO’s primary administrator of strategic projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution of strategic projects
Coordinate maintenance of the company’s licenses with business partners
Receive, approve, and code all invoices relating to HQ office expenses; monitor HQ office expenses against budget
