Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any subject
A proven track record of exceptional achievement and high performance, such as academic scholars (National Merit, Fulbright), competitive athletes (Division I, Olympians), competition champions (chess, debate, science fairs), or similar.
Strong public speaking skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and energize audiences
A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K-8th grade students
Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Willingness to work in-person in Miami, FL

Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
