Our client is poised to be the leader in a new category of consumer electronics and is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of securing capital, scaling operations, and pioneering new market opportunities.
This Role Offers:

Virtual location OK. Company HQ in San Francisco Bay Area
Focus:
Develop and implement strategies to scale the company’s operations, ensuring sustainable
growth and profitability.
Lead efforts to secure funding necessary to fuel the plan and strategies of candidate.This includes engaging with venture capitalists and other financial stakeholders to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
Position the company for an exit for stakeholders within 5 years.
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, creating and executing strategies that position the company as a leader in emerging sectors.
Provide visionary leadership to the executive team, driving company-wide initiatives that align with long-term business objectives.
Cultivate strong relationships with investors, partners, and other key stakeholders to enhance the company’s market position and value.
Skill Set:
Proven success in raising capital and managing relationships with venture capitalists and other investors.
Having a successful exit is a definite plus.
Proven success in leading and scaling consumer electronics companies. High volume light manufacturing experience is a plus.
Strong ability to identify and create opportunities in new and emerging markets.
Exceptional leadership skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing executive team.
Deep understanding of the computers and electronics manufacturing industry, with a passion for innovation and growth.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree highly preferred.
Experience with mergers and acquisitions.
Proven track record of successful product launches in new markets.
