Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our company in achieving its strategic objectives and financial goals. The successful candidate will provide the vision, leadership, and direction necessary to ensure the continued growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that align with the company's overall mission, goals, and objectives
• Lead and manage all aspects of the organization, including finance, sales, marketing, production, and operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, investors, and employees
• Ensure that the company's financial performance is strong, and that it is well-positioned to compete in the marketplace
• Oversee the development of new products and services, and ensure that they meet the needs of our customers
• Ensure that the company is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Provide leadership and guidance to all employees, and foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and innovation
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Chief Operating Officer (COO) or in a similar executive-level role
• Proven track record of success in leading a manufacturing company, preferably in the small arms industry
• Expertise in the design, development, and production of firearms and related products
• Experience in developing and executing strategic plans and initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, analyze financial statements, and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to relocate if necessary
