Certified Elementary Teacher (Immediate Start)

As a Certified Elementary Teacher, you will play a key role in providing quality education and fostering elementary school students' academic and social development. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and meet the needs of diverse learners
• Deliver instruction in a clear and engaging manner, utilizing a variety of teaching strategies and resources
• Assess student learning and provide timely feedback to promote growth and achievement
• Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love for learning
• Differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs of students and provide support to students with diverse learning needs
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective instructional practices and strategies
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required
• Valid teaching certification for elementary school is required
• Prior teaching experience is preferred
• Passion for teaching and a genuine commitment to student success
• Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards for elementary school
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment for all students
• Strong organizational and time management skills
