Our client, an innovative company in the Insurtech MGA space predominantly-backed by a globally renowned (re)insurer, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join their Finance department as a Director - Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement corporate financial strategies to drive business growth
Lead financial planning and analysis efforts to support decision-making processes
Drive M&A strategy and execute transactions to expand the company's market presence
Act as a business partner to the CEO
