About The Role

Channels and Partnerships play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth at our company. As a Channel Manager, you will lead efforts to expand and nurture our network of strategic partnerships, including group purchasing organizations (GPOs), vendors, technology partners, and sales consultants. This role is instrumental in achieving revenue targets, fostering partner relationships, and driving partner recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and onboard new channel partners aligned with our strategic goals.

Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners to support ongoing sales activities.

Collaborate with the channel team to strategize and execute partner recruitment efforts effectively.

Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.

Coordinate internal resources to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.

Achieve lead generation targets and strategic objectives within assigned partner accounts.

Lead joint planning sessions with partners to establish performance objectives and milestones.

Continuously assess partner needs and ensure alignment with company solutions.

Work closely with partner sales teams to drive adoption and sales of our products.

Manage potential channel conflicts and ensure adherence to partnership agreements.

Develop and execute business plans with each partner to drive mutual success.

Oversee partner enablement activities to ensure effective training and motivation.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of partner programs to executive leadership.

Collaborate with marketing to implement programs and events aimed at generating leads.

Demonstrate deep knowledge of our solutions and their value propositions in client contexts.

Adhere to channel engagement rules and resolve operational issues promptly.

Experience

What You'll Bring:

5+ years in channel sales or partnership management within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

Background in procurement, GPOs, or healthcare industries preferred.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively, resolve conflicts, and drive business outcomes.

Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Track record of meeting or exceeding individual and corporate goals consistently.

Familiarity with healthcare industry dynamics and procurement processes is advantageous.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with large national partners.

Performance Measures

Meet or exceed lead generation quotas in designated partner accounts.

Develop comprehensive partner account plans aligned with company objectives.

Maintain high partner satisfaction ratings and adherence to company standards.

Complete required training and development objectives within specified timelines.

This is a remote role with occasional travel requirements.
