Civil Construction Superintendent

Job Description

Guho Corp is looking for a Construction Superintendent to join our growing team in Boise, Idaho! We are a General Contractor that has been working throughout the Treasure Valley for the past 30 years on commercial projects.

We’re looking for a Construction Superintendent, with civil construction experience, to oversee, manage and direct all aspects of a project from the beginning to end. The ideal individual will have excellent leadership and people skills that allow him or her to take control of a project and produce quality results.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate daily construction activity
• Daily timecard recording for self and crew
• Maintain a daily job site log
• Enforce safety policies
• Conduct weekly safety meetings
• Follow project schedule
• Coordinate Subcontracts, Material Deliveries, and Equipment
  
  

Skills Required: 4+ years’ experience as a Project Superintendent in the construction industry

• 2+ years’ experience in commercial construction
• Civil construction experience required
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience working on smartphones and tablets
