Overview:
We're seeking a driven Civil Engineer to join our team, where you’ll have the chance to specialize in a diverse range of land development projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial ventures.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft both preliminary and final site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Assess site conditions by analyzing project survey data, including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condominium documentation.
Develop essential reports, provide expert opinions, and make recommendations for project direction, including hydrology and hydraulic studies and cost estimations.
Facilitate smooth project execution with construction-related services, such as permit applications and quantity estimates.
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software to maintain excellence in project delivery.
