Civil Engineer

Our client is adding an additional team member:

The Associate CIVIL ENGINEER role will be empowered to support an in-house team performance of daily duties of residential development while gaining skills. This is a growth position for a growing organization with room for upward mobility in future.

Relocation is Available

What You are Responsible For:

• Preparing construction drawings for primarily for new residential communities, including roadway, grading, drainage, water and sewer plans and profiles, and detail sheets.

• Interpret sketches and markups and apply revisions

• Produce and manage drawing sets

• Prepare exhibits as needed to communicate intent in meetings or reports/studies

What You Bring to the Table:

• 4+ years of experience in US based residential experience

• AutoCAD Civil 3D Software skills required

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• Eligible to work in US for any employer without sponsorship and no restrictions now or in the future (This client does not qualify to hire H1B or STEM-OPT)

Skills You can Learn on the Job:

• EIT Certification & association memberships

• Advanced understanding basic civil engineering design principles required

• Increased understanding architectural plans and specifications
