Responsibilities
Design, implement, and evaluate clinical orientation programs
Accompany clinical staff during home visits to identify knowledge gaps
Develop and provide educational programs to improve performance
Provide individualized education sessions based on findings
Develop annual education plan, competency program, and protocols
Collaborate with team members to coordinate educational activities
Qualifications
Active MA RN license required
Minimum 2 years of Home Care experience
Proficient in creating MS presentations
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of Medicare Home Health regulations
Acute care experience
Master’s in Public Health is a plus
Experience in clinical staff education
Familiarity with Meditech or Epic systems
