Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support company goals and objectives.
- Create, edit, and distribute content for various communication channels, including newsletters, press releases, website content, and social media.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, ensuring engaging and consistent messaging.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and create content that aligns with the company’s brand and objectives.
- Plan and execute internal communications initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Manage media relations, including drafting press releases and coordinating media inquiries.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make necessary adjustments.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, including client meetings, industry conferences, and promotional events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a communications role, preferably in a creative or design-focused environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with content management systems.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
