Job Description:

Tribeca Outsourcing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Communications Coordinator to join our team in Orlando. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, crafting and disseminating key messages, and ensuring the consistent and effective presentation of our brand. This role involves coordinating various communication strategies and supporting our public relations and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute communication plans and strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials.
  • Manage internal communications to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.
  • Coordinate with marketing and public relations teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of communication channels, including social media, blogs, and websites.
  • Monitor and analyze communication metrics to gauge effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, including media and community organizations.
  • Organize and manage events, press conferences, and other promotional activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to create compelling content and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
