Superintendent Position Summary: This role will provide overall management of the jobsite, staying on top of scheduling, providing daily reports, communicating with Subcontractors, onsite Vendors, Hospital Staff, and more.

Travel is required from site to site as needed.

Superintendent Essential Functions:

• Develops a thorough understanding of project scope and provides major oversight in maintaining a clean, safe, and productive jobsite.
• Maintains and update construction documentation, schedules, feedback, daily reports, and site pics for projects in Procore.
• Able to serve as lead contact onsite, maintaining a professional demeanor in all circumstances.
• Works well collaboratively with Project Managers, Architects, Owners, and Stakeholders to oversee the construction projects for the medical industry.
  
  
  

Superintendent Position Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years in general construction.
• Healthcare construction experience preferred
• Blueprint reading proficiency (required).
• Responsible, detail oriented, and proactive in approach to problem solving.
• Able to understand construction documents and communications.
• Professional presentation skills using Group/Stakeholder meetings in all phases of project.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
• Solid understanding of the project and knowledge of safety protocols in healthcare environments
• Experience in healthcare construction, understanding the unique facets that working in the healthcare environment requires.
• Experience software programs such as Procore, MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite
