Contracts Attorney

LHH is seeking a long term temporary Contracts Attorney for a valued client. This role is remote and 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

•Draft, redline, and negotiate both revenue-generating and procurement contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements and accompanying addenda, NDAs, employment agreements, and independent contractor agreements

• Develop and implement corporate contracting policies; oversee employee training related to said policies

• Compose and revise contract templates to address continually-evolving business needs

• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding contract interpretation matters

• Review and revise proposed marketing materials and website content

• Perform legal research regarding a wide array of issues and provide advice to internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

•5+ years of recent relevant experience, preferably in a corporate legal department or large law firm setting

•Active license in good standing

Pay Rate: $65-68/hour
