This position is responsible for the development and execution of the operational strategy to maximize the performance of assigned areas. This role will have operational oversight of ancillary and support areas, as well as Ohio Valley Health Care (OVHC Skilled Facility). These responsibilities include but are not limited to: communicating, directing, planning, organizing, financial/operational monitoring and integration operations to facilitate the delivery of cost effective, high quality healthcare serves in an ever-changing environment. This position will provide the leadership and direction for assigned areas. This position will partner with leaders throughout the organization to drive initiatives, programs and services to enable the organization to deliver on its mission, strategies, and goals. As a member of the senior leadership team, the incumbent will exhibit and promote the mission and values of Camden Clark Medical Center.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. Bachelor’s degree and MBA or Master’s degree in healthcare administration or related
EXPERIENCE:
1. 10 years of progressively responsible hospital operations experience

1. Plan, direct, coordinate operations in support of organizational growth.
2. Formulate policies and strategic plans for future growth.
3. Strategic and operational responsibility for assigned areas.
4. Formulate training and incentive plans; maintaining efficient team structure and performance through analytics, processes and tools; maximizing new client engagement; and working with the leadership team to develop plans to meet future needs.
5. Drive, manage and lead a business and financial plan to respond to all strategic initiatives and development of key service lines.
6. Set and maintain high standards of performance and insure targeted deliverables.
7. Develop and maintain internal control systems to ensure accountability.
8. Responsible for oversight of assigned areas assuring compliance with quality, satisfaction, and financial goals.
9. Promotes and maintains effective communication with and between medical, management, and staff employees.
10. Monitor and improve operational efficiency of targeted areas.
11. Monitor revenue margins and organizational productivity.
12. Assist CEO with special projects that have an emphasis in the areas of business planning, expansion, new services and integration of services.
