We are seeking a talented attorney to join our thriving Corporate Practice Team!

This position is open to any of our Michigan offices and offers the opportunity to collaborate on a wide range of business transactions.

Corporate Attorney Responsibilities

• Assist the team with complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private offerings, capital restructuring, and similar matters.
• Take a lead role in managing transactions, with a strong preference for experience in first-chair capacity.
• Demonstrate expertise in general corporate work, contract review and drafting, and the intricacies of merger and acquisition transactions.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transactions.
• Prepare and draft a variety of legal documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the legal process.
  
  

Corporate Attorney Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• More than 3 years of experience working in a law firm setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on client service.
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis tools.
• Admission to the Michigan Bar is a plus, but not required for immediate consideration.
