M&A/Private Equity NDA Attorney [may be remote]
Our client is a major Am law firm, seeking an M&A/Private Equity NDA attorney for its New York office. The salary for this position is $225k. This position may be remote. [This is a non-partnership track position.]
Qualifications
- 2+ years of M&A experience in a law firm.
- Experience reviewing and negotiating NDA agreements.
- Excellent interpersonal and client-interfacing skills.
- Team focused.
- JD with state bar admission required.
