Job Description Job Description We're seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead our organization's creative initiatives and shape our visual identity. This unique role combines leadership of our internal creative studio with spearheading our brand strategy function. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creative production expertise, agency experience, and strategic thinking to elevate our brand and drive impact at Beyond Type 1, an organization changing what it means to live with diabetes. Reports to: SVP of Marketing Key Responsibilities: Creative Leadership & Production
Provide visionary direction for all creative initiatives, ensuring alignment with our mission and objectives
Lead and mentor a high-potential team of content creators and production artists
Contribute hands-on to creative production, including designing assets and editing videos
Optimize workflows and processes to enhance team efficiency and output quality Brand Strategy
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that strengthen our campaigns and amplify our message
Ideate and strategize on partner pitches, creating fresh, timely, and relevant ideas with quick turnaround
Ensure consistency across all branded materials to enhance recognition and awareness
Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging, mission-driven content strategies Creative Production Management
Oversee end-to-end creative production, from concept to delivery
Manage the creation of multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and interactive experiences
Set and maintain high standards for all creative output Performance Evaluation & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance and use data-driven insights to refine strategies
Track and report on key performance indicators related to brand engagement and impact Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in both agency and in-house settings
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects and brand strategy work
Expertise in creative production, brand management, and strategic storytelling
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic mindset with ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments
Deep understanding of Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes preferred Additional Information:
Full-time, remote position with competitive compensation and benefits

The ideal candidate will be comfortable wearing multiple hats, from hands-on creative work to high-level strategic thinking. The salary range for this role is $100-130K.
