Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


This challenging role combines fundraising acumen and proven direct response expertise with excellence in client service and strong leadership skills. This position will help shape the future and direction of our direct-response and performance-based TV creative, as we strive to better serve our clients and the missions they represent. You will help us continue to excel at producing highly successful TV campaigns, as well as help us develop and deliver new campaigns for a new media landscape.


Your fundraising, leadership and relationship skills will help bring more success to some of the world’s largest and most influential charitable organizations. You will report to the Senior VP, Creative and Production and perform a range of duties including:


• Leading the development of world-class direct response TV campaigns, through ongoing research, brainstorms and oversight of concept development, alongside our VP of Fundraising Strategy

• Directing and collaborating with our in-house creative editors and graphics team in a multitasking, high pressure environment to produce commercials that meet and exceed expectations

• Sourcing, directing and collaborating with a network of freelancers and creative agencies to augment our in-house team for the production of concepts and commercials

• Review and approval of all final creative and versioning with a high attention to detail

• Developing and leading creative presentations to clients and prospective clients

• Maintaining a complete understanding of all clients’ fundraising, brand, marketing and organizational objectives and needs

• Driving constant improvements to Eaglecom’s creative quality and output, and our ability to innovate, exceed client expectations, and lead our industry

• Maintaining a strong knowledge of current DRTV best practices, as well as emerging techniques and trends for CTV, You Tube and other connected channels


Required Skills / Qualifications:


• 10+ years senior fundraising experience

• Experience and working knowledge of DRTV, with CTV, You Tube and Digital an asset

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Ability to work and communicate in a highly collaborative, inclusive team environment

• Openness to learning, adapting, growing and evolving alongside our creative team

• Ability and willingness to travel for client meetings, especially to the US

• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
