Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Operations Analyst to join our client's team. This role will focus on auditing, optimizing, and enhancing our data orchestration processes across various marketing technologies, including Openprise. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our data flows, driving improvements that align with our growth plans.

Duration: Sept 9 - Dec 13

Hourly: $80/hour (DOE)

Responsibilities

  • Audit the current implementation of our data orchestration platform, identifying active and inactive jobs.
  • Clearly documented and delivered audit of the current Openprise implementation.
  • Document and analyze the impact of data orchestration efforts across connected systems, including CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Review connected data sources and targets, and develop a plan to remove unnecessary data and improve data management practices.
  • Rebuild and enhance existing data orchestration jobs where opportunities for improvement are identified.
  • Recommend and implement new processes to support data quality, database health, and enrichment efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data orchestration efforts are well-managed and documented.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on whether to rebuild processes in other systems or technologies based on project inputs.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience managing and working with data orchestration platforms, specifically Openprise, at an admin capacity.
  • Substantial experience working with data (either directly or via APIs) within core marketing technologies such as CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in previous projects or roles.
  • Experience working with Snowflake data warehousing solutions, including a solid understanding of SQL.
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to understand workflows and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.

Preferred

  • Experience with Python is a plus.
  • Experience integrating with analytics and data orchestration platforms (e.g., Openprise, FiveTran, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
