Derivatives Counsel

We represent a global asset manager looking to hire a derivatives attorney with years of experience to provide support and coordination to the derivatives documentation process within the legal department.

• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a broad range of derivative agreements (such as ISDA/CSA, MSFTAs, futures and options execution and clearing agreements, OTC clearing agreements, repo agreements, prime brokerage agreements) and related agreements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating derivative agreements (such as ISDA/CSA and ISDA-based master confirmation agreements, MSFTAs, repo agreements, futures and options execution and clearing agreements).

• Experience with a variety of asset classes including equity derivatives, credit derivatives, and FX.
