Purpose of Role

As a member of the Development team, the Development Analyst, International will play a critical role in the functioning of team International. The Development Analyst, International will serve in an administrative and support capacity. Analysts are responsible for providing project management and administrative support to their team so that team members can maximize their time on fundraising activities.

As the Development Analyst, International, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Development, International.

Core Job Responsibilities

  • CRM Data Entry: Accurately and promptly enter the regional teams’ data into Salesforce and construct and format basic reports.
  • Briefing Materials: Draft, edit, and submit error-free briefing materials for external donor meetings.
  • Calendar Management: Manage calendars for regional team members, ensuring that they spend most of their time on their highest priorities.
  • Background Research: Conduct background research on prospects, as needed.
  • Expense Administration: Ensure all expense reimbursements are submitted accurately and on time.
  • Meeting Correspondence: Draft meeting agendas and disseminate them to the appropriate team members before the meeting. Track action steps with the responsible team lead.
  • Project Coordination: For select projects or meetings, including support of regional councils, track next steps and ensure completion.
  • Event Support: Assist in tracking and managing regional fundraising events, including invites, RSVPs, and follow-up process and ensuring completion.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Exceptional project manager – effectively plans and executes short- and long-term projects.
  • Communicates proactively and collaborates effectively with others to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication – written and verbal.
  • Previous Salesforce or other fundraising database experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with an international constituency (outside the United States) and knowledge of other languages is a plus.

The salary range for this role is between $51,965 and $64,980.
