Development Coordinator
Why do we need you ?
Responsible for providing hands-on training for new and existing employees. Will work closely with the Training Coordinator to create new training material and submit training related paperwork. Other duties may include assisting the department supervisor/manager with administrative duties, provide employee testing/skill evaluations, and any other duties assigned by management.

- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to utilize digital content and create electronic training material
- Experience with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Suite
- Perform accurate standard and metric measurements, and understand standard to metric conversions
- Must possess a thorough understanding of machine operation and inherent machine complexities
- Ability to learn and perform all duties required of the position
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs and techniques for optimal manufacture and distribution of goods required
- Ability to work unsupervised, efficiently, and safely is required Ability to communicate effectively with shift personnel and support processes
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have held current position for a minimum of 1 year
- Satisfactory attendance and performance record within past 12-month period
- Satisfactory completion of associated training programs
- Demonstrated ability of cooperation, leadership, and willingness to assist fellow employees in a team-based work environment
- Advanced operating knowledge and understanding of manufacturing operations
- Willingness to work evening and weekend hours as needed
- Ability to work unsupervised efficiently and safely
