Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with
vision, business goals, and market trends.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results driven
work environment.
Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with luxury brands and influencers to expand our reach and
credibility within the luxury segment.

Brand Development: Continually refine and strengthen the brand by ensuring consistent messaging,
visual identity, and brand voice across all marketing channels.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies and
product development efforts.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
Data Analysis: Utilize data driven insights to measure and analyse marketing campaign effectiveness, optimizing
strategies for maximum impact.
Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and
Creative, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall company goals.
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance metrics, regularly reporting on marketing performance to
senior management.
