Digital Organizing Manager

Relentless United States

About Relentless

Relentless is an organizing company focused on unlocking political power through relational organizing. Relational organizing is the simple, proven concept that people talking to their friends and family is more effective than strangers talking to strangers. Our flagship product, Rally, is a social graph, power-mapping tool, and program management platform that makes running scaled relational programs simple. Our in-house program team brings their deep experience to supercharge the programs that run on Rally and mobilize communities at scale to have meaningful conversations, get out the vote, and so much more.

About The Role

  • In 2024, Relentless is running a first-of-its-kind compensated relational program at scale across battleground states using Rally. This program will hire 20,000+ low turnout voters to become relational organizers in their communities and turn their friends and families out to vote.

The Digital Organizing Manager will manage and support the Digital Organizing team for multiple battleground states. This team is responsible for supporting program participants throughout their experience with the program; using digital organizing tactics to follow up with participants to help them hit their goals; and answering participant questions.

A great Digital Organizing Manager is a digital organizer with keen troubleshooting capabilities. You’ve worked on digital organizing programs and are excited to hit the ground running overseeing texting campaigns, building relationships with voters, and crafting a positive customer service team. You’ve got an eye for detail, know digital tools and tactics like the back of your hand, and you’re ready to support a team in running smooth digital organizing programs.

The Digital Organizing Manager will report directly to the Deputy Digital Organizing Director and will help onboard and manage a team of support staff while completing other duties necessary to running an effective and engaging digital program. This role will manage a team of up to four support organizers.

This is a full-time, remote, and temporary position with a start date of July 15th, 2024 and an end date of November 15, 2024.
