TYG is partnering with a leading global consulting firm specializing in disputes and investigations, corporate finance, and strategy and operations. We are seeking a dynamic leader to join their Construction Practice, with a focus on advising clients and their legal teams in litigation and arbitration, particularly in claims and dispute resolution.


Key Focus Areas:

Construction Claims and Disputes:

- Delay and Disruption Analysis

- Construction Labor Productivity Analysis

- Claim/Change Order Preparation and Analysis

- Construction Defect Analysis

- Standard of Care

- Expert Witness Testimony

- Discovery Services


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and expand the Construction Practice, driving innovation and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, enhancing the firm’s construction service offerings.
  • Deliver exceptional quality work, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
  • Define and execute strategic goals for the practice, overseeing major client engagements and leading business development initiatives.
  • Introduce and promote new service offerings, ensuring continuous client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Actively engage in professional organizations, representing the firm’s expertise and leadership in the industry.
  • Mentor and develop team members, championing diversity, inclusion, and professional growth within the practice.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management; MS or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in cost estimating, scheduling (P6, MSP), and claims management.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality technical writing.
  • Ability to work independently, with flexibility to travel as required for client engagements.
