Job Title: Director, Corporate Strategy

Position Overview

• Director of Corporate Strategy
• Reports to VP, Corporate Strategy
• This individual is an expert in strategy-related activities and takes on a team leadership role without specific direct reports. You will support senior leadership by delivering projects related to strategy development, planning, and implementation to help drive growth. Other responsibilities will include conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, generating insights and framing strategic options; developing annual plans and monitoring implementation; acting as a thought partner in strategic discussions, even outside of own projects.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of long-term strategic plans to drive growth and innovation in the insulin delivery market.
• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and landscape analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key enterprise performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and adjust plans as needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Finance, to align strategic initiatives and ensure cohesive execution.
• Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and the board of directors.
• Team Leadership: Fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Performs other duties as required.
  
  

Education And Experience

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree / MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years industry experience, including 2-3 years of corporate strategy experience OR 3 years consulting experience at a top tier consulting firm. Industry or consulting experience would preferably be within medical device or healthcare.

• Flexible on location (Boston, Chicago, San Diego preferred)

Additional Information

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $170,000.00 - $255,500.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
