What you'll be doing at Beamery

As our Director, Global Field & ABM Marketing you'll be responsible for developing and executing a global strategy to drive and capture demand in our target markets.

We need you to have a strong understanding of ABM, and sales-focused marketing as well as our audiences of enterprise HR and talent leaders. You'll enjoy working with sales leaders to understand the needs of the sales teams, and meeting those needs through effective partnership, strategy, and execution.

🚀 ABM strategy: Set the worldwide standard for effective account-based marketing practices, and work closely with account teams to craft 1-1, 1-few and 1-many plans around ICP accounts

🚀 Planning: Develop the regional/local field marketing plans to support sales targets for customer acquisition and expansion in specific territories.

🚀 Program Management: Create repeatable, predictable programs that build off of global demand generation activities–from concept and implementation to optimization and ensure activations continue to scale across channels (online and offline) to drive awareness and pipeline

🚀 Collaboration: Define what field marketing needs from corporate marketing, product marketing, marketing operations, and marketing program management to ensure regional sales support and operate with a strong partnership mentality. Help global marketing functions refine their strategy based on regional feedback.

🚀 Orchestration: Work with CXO, product and sales to develop a programmatic approach to educate clients around new products, as part of a holistic communication strategy, and create upsell/cross-sell opportunities

🚀 Reporting & KPIs: Deliver on demand generation, pipeline and revenue metricswith a laser focus on data, specifically leading the local forecasting, measurement, and analysis of the team’s impact.

🚀 Budget Ownership: Own global field & ABM marketing budget and return on investment

The key metrics we'll be tracking in this role are:

🚀 Increasing pipeline and revenue in Beamery’s target markets

🚀 Increasing the engagement of target accounts through multi-channel programming

🚀 Improving sales velocity through targeted programming

🚀 Leading the field & ABM marketing team to consistently meet or exceed KPIs.

What we're looking for

🚀 Extensive marketing experience with substantial time spent in a senior level field marketing or ABM role at a SaaS company

🚀 Demonstrable experience building a field marketing and/or ABM program that drives significant revenue growth

🚀 Innovative thinker capable of operating both in a strategic capacity and a hands-on/execution capacity.

🚀 Ability to effectively manage and inspire indirect reports to accomplish long and short-term goals.

🚀 Ability to juggle multiple, demanding tasks simultaneously and with accuracy

🚀 Strong interpersonal skills to work successfully with cross-functional teams

🚀 Eye for detail and ability to instill a culture of asking “why” and “how can we do better.”

🚀 Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills

🚀 Based on the East Coast.

The salary for this is $160,000 - $180,000 plus equity, dependent on experience & location.
