Director Manufacturing

Our company is currently operating three rapidly expanding factories, and we are experiencing significant growth across all levels of production. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong manufacturing background, particularly someone who has demonstrated success in managing and leading diverse teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will possess not only expertise in traditional manufacturing processes but also a deep understanding of modern manufacturing automation and robotics. This knowledge is crucial as we continually strive to integrate advanced technologies to enhance productivity, ensure consistent quality, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Your role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations across all three facilities, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring that our workforce is effectively managed and motivated. You’ll need to bring strong leadership skills to the table, as well as the ability to navigate the complexities of a growing organization.

Given the nature of our business, an understanding of the latest advancements in automation and robotics will be highly advantageous.
