Role

ExecOnline is seeking a Director of Coaching. Reporting to the Vice President of Learning and Coaching, this is a high-impact leadership role that will will focus on three key areas:

  • Engaging, strengthening, and strategically growing our community of coaches
  • Ensuring ExecOnline’s coaching offerings continue to adhere to the highest quality standards to drive outsized impact for our clients
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and coaches to drive adoption of coaching within their organizations and ensure seamless service delivery

The Director of Coaching will be a key contributor to the evolution of our coaching offerings, contributing their vision and expertise to align strategy and drive execution within ExecOnline’s fastest-growing product.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the ExecOnline coach community to ensure coaches are supported and engaged with ExecOnline through 1:1 interactions with coaches as well as by facilitating community engagement through coach roundtables and town hall meetings
  • Recruit and onboard new coaches to the ExecOnline coaching community; provide training on EXO products, methodologies, and expectations; provide coaches with opportunities for ongoing training and development
  • Provide guidance and thought partnership to coaches, answering questions and advising on various coaching scenarios
  • Analyze trends and insights related to utilization and coaching outcomes, and translate both quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable feedback for coaches as well as product recommendations
  • Drive continuous improvements to ExecOnline’s coaching products by designing and implementing optimized/standardized processes and methodologies
  • Represent coaching offerings to clients and client-facing teams; participate in client calls to convey the value proposition of coaching services, support solutioning efforts to ensure effective alignment to client business objectives, and facilitate smooth handoff processes to assigned coaches
  • Oversee the creation of custom content for Group Coaching sessions

What Positions You For Success

  • A certified coach from the International Coaching Federation with deep familiarity with leadership coaching methodologies
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of evaluating and ensuring the quality of coaching solutions, consistently maintaining and upholding high standards for coaching excellence
  • Professional experience in a corporate learning, training, leadership development, or HR role is a plus
  • Passionate about technology and dedicated to empowering others with the skills and knowledge to excel in a digital world

At ExecOnline, we are committed to fair, equitable, and competitive compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $140,000-$150,000. During the interview process, total compensation will be determined in alignment with market data, team equity, and the experience & capabilities of each candidate.
