Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Creative Strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team to provide creative direction and strategy, researching existing trends and the competitive creative landscape, curating organic content, and writing briefs for content creators and editing teams to create high-conversion performance creatives to be used on Facebook and TikTok ads.

Content creation skills
Experience in developing brand strategy and organic content curation
Ability to write creative briefs that can be sent to creative and editing teams
