Director of Data
Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic management of data and tech stack environments
  • Implement the data warehouse development
  • Manage software licenses
  • Initiate policies, process improvements, and internal controls
  • Design and integrate new technology solutions
  • Conduct due diligence and negotiate with software vendors
  • Deliver data visualizations in collaboration with senior engineers and business users
  • Manage and mentor a senior engineer and data analyst
  • Ensure cybersecurity compliance
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Must have a recent background in Investment, VC/PE and/or Finance Industry
  • Strong understanding of financial, investment, and operations reporting processes
  • Strong people management skills and team-oriented work style
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
  • In-office culture preference - 4 days per week
