Rad AI is seeking a visionary and experienced Director of Engineering to lead our Rad AI Reporting Product team. As the Director of Engineering, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our reporting product, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Rad AI Reporting Product engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Product Development: Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, working closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative reporting solutions.
  • Technical Excellence: Ensure the engineering team adheres to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Team Building: Recruit, onboard, and mentor top engineering talent, building a high-performing team capable of delivering world-class reporting solutions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and customer success, to ensure alignment on product priorities and delivery schedules.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
  • Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation in our reporting product offerings.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable reporting solutions, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering,
  • 5+ years in leadership role, including 3+ managing managers.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex software products.
  • Strong technical expertise in software development, architecture, and design, with proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics technologies, such as business intelligence tools, data visualization platforms, and SQL databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, foster a culture of collaboration, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
