Director of Grants

Financial Additions is assisting an established Non-Profit organization looking for a Director of Grants to join the team. This position will be responsible for performing due diligence, compliance reviews and exercising discretion and judgement. If you have a passion for non-profit, enjoy networking and being in the community and are business minded – this position could be for you.

This position is in office daily.

Director of Grants responsibilities include:

• Serving as the foundation’s representative for engagement with non-profit organizations in Tarrant County
• Representation at forums and events in the community
• Performs site visits for grant applicants and recipients
• Assists applicants through the grant process, reviews submitted grant applications, and performs due diligence and research on applicants
• Monitors grant awards and reviews compliance

Director of Grants background should include:

• Bachelors Degree Required
• 20+ years working in the private sector
• Experience as an executive in a public-facing role with a respected organization
• 5 years experience as accountant, compliance officer, loan officer or grant processor
• CPA preferred
