You must have demonstrable experience in general human resources, organizational structure, compensation and benefits, payroll processing, performance management, workplace safety and health issues, and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
- Seven years of recent HR experience preferably in professional services / staffing industry required.
- HRIS and talent management systems.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Veteran a plus.
