Director of Multi Family Renovation

Position Overview: The Director of Multi Family Renovation will lead the renovation of multi family properties. They will be responsible for overseeing the overall project management and business development of such projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for multi family renovation projects.
• Manage all project timelines for multi family renovation.
• Conduct business development activities related to multi family renovation projects.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Provide quality assurance and ensure adherence to all safety standards.
• Ensure all projects remain within budget.
• Provide oversight to all multi family renovation projects.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and customers.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, construction management, or related field experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in multi family renovation.
• Experience in project management and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
