Base pay range
$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Grant Writing and Portfolio Management (70%)
Grant Writing and Portfolio Management (70%)
- Manage a $1.5 million+ portfolio
- Craft compelling proposals and reports for 20+ diverse programs
- Drive funder stewardship through customized communications
- Oversee moves management process, ensuring timely actions and accurate tracking
- Monitor grant compliance and outcomes
- Collaborate with program and fiscal teams on content and budgets
- Conduct and integrate research to strengthen proposals
- Ensures alignment to alignment with Mission, Vision, and Core Values to organizational policies and procedures
- Identify new funding opportunities totaling $100,000+ annually
- Develop and execute cultivation strategies for prospects
- Implement efficiency-enhancing systems and tools
- Support executive strategy meetings with comprehensive memos and other assigned duties
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma or equivalency and three years of grant writing or persuasive writing experience required
- Exceptional writer and communicator
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Previous experience with CRM. Raiser’s Edge preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
