Director of Public Relations

Job Description: We are seeking a talented PR Director to lead and execute all PR efforts for Potion, both internally and on behalf of our clients. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in public relations, a proven track record of successful campaigns, and a strong network of media contacts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies that align with Potion's objectives and enhance our brand visibility.
• Create compelling press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and key media influencers.
• Manage media inquiries and interview requests.
• Monitor media coverage and report results to management and clients.
• Organize and manage events, press conferences, and media tours.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven working experience in public relations, with a minimum of 5 years in a PR role, ideally at an agency.
• Strong existing relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Experience in managing PR campaigns from strategy development to execution.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
