Director of Sales Job Summary Recruits, hires, and trains sales reps, including ongoing sales training to ensure goals are met by the sales staff. General Accountabilities Resolves customer complaints regarding sales. Plans and directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales performance. Reviews operational records and reports to project sales. Monitors customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Prepares budgets and approve budget expenditures.
