What You Will Be Accountable For
- Execution of enterprise-level procedures and practices for regulatory-relevant processes across Reynolds’ Operating Companies
- Lead customer concern of regulatory-relevant product or process nonconformances
- Lead product field actions (e.g., recalls, market withdrawals) activities, including mock exercises
- Lead and provide oversight of premarket application-specific FDA inspections and remote regulatory assessments, including preparatory activities within the Company and its partners
- Effectively lead teams for Study Compliance, Regulatory Compliance Training, Submissions Project Management & Oversight, and E-Submissions
- Are you a highly motivated individual with that enjoys a dynamic work environment?
- Do you enjoy leading teams, both directly and through other functional areas?
- Strong understanding of US regulatory compliance and process conformance practices, as well as the relationship between systems, processes, and regulations
- Experience applying these skills in tobacco and nicotine, or another regulated industry
- Confirmed ability to influence decision-making, particularly with senior leadership
- Strong social skills and ability to build partnerships across functions
- Results-oriented with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and lead ambiguity to meet critical timing requirements
- Strong adherence to process and protocol, and acute attention to detail
- Ability to lead and empower teams, including a focus on their professional development
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years relevant work experience in regulatory compliance or process, risk management, quality assurance, or other related field
- Understanding our company products, the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act, and the proposed rule for Tobacco Product Manufacturing Practices
- Ability to solve practical problems in situations where only limited standardization exists

- 401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
- Company matches 100 percent of employee pre-tax/Roth (401k) contributions up to six percent
- Company contributes an additional three percent to 401(k) whether employee participates or not
