Specific Responsibilities
Assess the developmental needs of children and tailor activities to support their individual growth.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with the school's curriculum and educational philosophy.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
Foster a sense of community within the classroom, promoting positive social interactions and conflict resolution skills.
Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas, strategies, and best practices.
Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with early childhood education trends and methodologies.
Maintain accurate records, including attendance, incident reports, and developmental assessments.
Requirement
GED Required
Associates degree or ECE certification preferred
Early Childhood Experience Preferred
Salary Range - $16 - $26 based on education and years of experience
