Position Overview: We are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician with experience in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electro-mechanical systems and the ability to assemble and test PCBs according to specifications and industry standards. Per government requirements, candidates must be able to pass a government background check to obtain a clearance. Responsibilities:
Assemble and test PCBs according to engineering drawings and specifications
Troubleshoot and repair PCBs as needed
Perform routine maintenance on electro-mechanical systems
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve assembly processes and product quality
Maintain accurate documentation of assembly and testing procedures
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
