Energy Engineer PE III

Purpose and Essential Duties
The Energy Engineer PE III applies standard engineering techniques to design, analyze, test, maintain, repair, or improve products, components, or assemblies.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Manages MBCx projects.Maintains the relationship with the client and ensures that expectations are met/managed.
- Conducts “Working Sessions” with clients to review items uncovered during analysis and assist in implementing the recommended changes.
- Conducts regular analysis on the sites and systems. Also coordinates with junior engineers to assist in the site analysis.
- Analyzes, develops, and evaluates systems.
- Applies engineering techniques and analyses within the scope of the assignment.
- Performs work independently.
- Considered a high-level specialist who regularly interacts and works with senior management.
- Uses advanced techniques, theories, and processes to complete work.
- Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.
This position is Full-Time, Exempt, and reports to the Logic Director.
Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Professional Engineering License (PE).
- 8-10 years of experience.
- Possesses expert knowledge of the subject matter.
- Leadership skills.

- Mathematic skills.
- Computer skills.
- Technical expertise.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Travel Requirements
- Approximately 5-10% of time will be spent traveling.
Physical/Work Environment Requirements
- Long periods of sitting or standing at a desk in front of a computer in the office environment.
